Added tags list and active profile tags into fullscreen viewer
...
Images now can be toggled with tagging profiles using fullscreen viewer
and not just with the popup over the small media box.
Submission of tag changes is still processed by the popup inside
original media box. Fullscreen viewer is just sending these changes
there and then, once it's closed, tag changes will be sent.

logic into separate class instead of doing work in different classes.

Capture and store last seen user flags from the booru
...
Main use case for these flags is to notify when something they're trying
to use will not be usable due to authorization or their role on the
site. Specifically, it will be also used later to detect when user
is a part of staff and show them staff-specific features.

Presets: Added flag for making it "exclusive"

This will make it so only one tag will be active from marked preset.
This can be useful for some tags that cannot be together in the editor,
for example, rating tags.

...
Syntax of `-tagname` we rely upon here will stop execution of suggested
tags when first tag which is not present in the editor is encountered.
Just a Philomena's specific quirk, nothing more.

...
Having $lib/component with just $component was a bit confusing,
especially since $lib is also used in Svelte components all over the
place. This move will hopefully make it less confusing for me.
